Breakfast and service at that time. The location was very convenient, easy to find transportation.
Both the room and stairway were very small.

Staff was pleasant and the location can't be beat for travel around London. Plenty of restaurants in the area for late dinner and breakfast was well done.
If you don't like stairs this is not the hotel for you. It was 56 steps from the door to my room, and this is an old converted building so they are narrow and steep. Also be aware there is no air conditioning or ceiling fans in the hotel. We were in a mild heat wave for April in London and the room was a bit warm at night.

Approx 2minute walk from Paddington station. The Hotel is situated on a lovely street, with a lovely garden behind it, plenty choice of resturants, newsagents gifts & tour bus stops.I was lucky to have a rear facing room, albiet v small, compact so no room for a bath which wouldve been excellent after a busy long lovely day out in London....very clean...up on the 4th floor (no elevator) but hey Im young, healthy &fit!....only 4 floors so nothing to go on about. I did miss breakfast.....like a long lie in....but the lovely girls offered me Tea,toast, cereal&Juice.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were really clean, exceptionally nice location short walk to Paddington Station, the centre of London and the Paddington tube stop. The room was not only functional, but en suite too, and had an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV set. The bed was comfy, and the staff were very caring people on the receptionist.

Functional, fairly CLEAN hotel for long term. Clean facilities and very very good breakfast with meats and cheeses, for instance. Pretty friendly and amiable staff; early check in. Favourable and fab location, a 10-15 minute walk from a Hyde park.

The location was perfct, just a short walk to paddigton station and hyde park. Staff were super nice and helpful, always ready to assist. The room was small but clean, we really just needed a place to sleep. Comfy beds and quiet at night which was awesome. We had a great time and would def stay here again.
The bathroom was tiny, like really small, and we had to climb a lot of stairs to get to our room. No ac, so it got a bit warm some nights.

The room was nice, the bathroom was very small but accordingly to the price, i didn't expect to a bigger bathroom. The breakfast included full english breakfast, orange juice, apple juice, tea and coffe. And also 6 kinds of cereals. It was very nice and delightful.
One of the mornings, we woke up, and there were 10 bees inside the room. To be fair, it was our fault, we forgot to close one of the lights and they all came because of the light.

Everything was exactly right.

Lovely tree lined avenue. Parking a great advantage. Close to good eateries. Great communication from Simon prior to our stay. Room was just right for our needs and the price.
It would be nice to have a drink available of some sort. No power points by the bed. No advice in the room. E.g. How to operate the phone or access the free Internet.

The hotel was really close to the Paddington tube and rail station, which makes it really easy to go anywhere in town. The breakfast was really good as well.
There wasn't a hair dryer on the room as announced; as well, they should announce that maybe your room could be located on the sixth floor without a lift, which makes it really hard to come up to the room after a whole day wandering through London by foot, with shopping bags and everything.
